GTK Theme
Download the GTK theme from below link (GitHub) and extract. After extraction, copy the Paper directory to /usr/share/themes
Icon and Cursor
Download the deb binary directly from below link and open with Software to install.

Applying the Theme
After above steps, open Ubuntu GNOME Tweaks tool and apply the themes as below.
